Aftermath:
Steven was in the middle of writing a ticket when for some reason he couldn't move that's when he look down and notice his legs have fuse together into a metal pole. And within 30 mins he became a typical Parking Meter. The one problem is he can never turn back to normal since no one really uses parking meters anymore. With out cash to give to the women he wrong equals no body.
